HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has about 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 250 skilled employees who now need reinforcement in Östersund.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a property caretaker with us, you work closely with the customer. The work is varied and social. You report to your supervisor and have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work independently. The tasks mainly involve daily operations, maintenance, and care of internal and external property environments, as well as operating heavier machinery. An important part of the job is to identify and propose measures to develop our customers' properties to make them efficient and sustainable. In the role of coordination manager (about 25 percent of the job), you support the supervisor with planning and prioritization of contract and order execution, as well as daily management and follow-up of the work. Some administrative handling, such as dialogue with clients regarding ordered/invoiced work and coordination of purchases, is also included. On-call duty is part of the job.

Experience

You have relevant education and experience from similar work. It is an advantage if you have industry experience and driving licenses for wheel loaders and goods handling. In the role of property caretaker, you need to be computer literate, have a good command of the Swedish language, and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing, as well as hold a B driver's license for manual transmission.
